Svetislav “Bule” Goncić
He was born on May 5, 1960, in Kladovo. He completed primary school “Banović Strahinja” and the Fifth Belgrade Gymnasium in Belgrade. He graduated in acting from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade in the class of Professor Minja Dedić in 1982. He has been a permanent member of the ensemble of Atelje 212 Theatre since 1983 as a lead actor.
He was the President of the Association of Dramatic Artists of Serbia from 1996 to 1998, the director of the Terazije Theatre from 1998 to 2000, the director of the Vuk Theatre (Cultural Institution “Vuk Stefanović Karadžić”) from 2015 to 2022, the president of the Managing Board of the National Theatre in Belgrade from 2020 to 2021, the director of the National Theatre in Belgrade from November 2022 to July 2025, and has been an acting director of the National Theatre in Belgrade since 2021.

He is the recipient of numerous awards, including: Grand Prix of the Niš Festival “Ćele Kula” (1982), “Ćuran” Award at the Comedy Days in Jagodina for the role of Daphne in Some Like It Hot, and the City of Belgrade Award for 2019 for theatrical work.
