Participation is open to all photographers worldwide: professional and amateur photographers, photo organizations, theatres, academies, etc.
The Triennial Exhibition Rules are in conformity with the Rules of the International Federation of Photographic Arts (FIAP) and the Exhibition is held under the patronage of FIAP (2023/163)
Only photographs made in 2020, 2021, and 2022 can be entered.
The Exhibition (black and white and color photographs) envelops two topics: theatrical performance (drama, opera, ballet, pantomime, performance art, etc) and/or theatre atmosphere (any moment in a theatre, on stage or backstage, in the audience, dressing rooms, halls, open-air spaces, etc.)
Each author can enter a maximum of four works. A series of four linked photographs on the same topic can be submitted, which will be considered as one work- a collection.
The photographs are to be mailed in electronic form only.

Participation is free of charge.
The Organiser shall reproduce the photographs solely for the needs of the Jury, Exhibition display and catalog and the reproductions shall not be used for any other purposes whatsoever.
The Organiser holds no obligations towards the persons in the photographs.
All parts of the image have to be photographed by the author who is holding the copyright of all works submitted. With the sole act of submitting his/her images or files to a salon under FIAP Patronage, the entrant accepts without exception and with no objection that the submitted images can be investigated by FIAP to establish if these obey to FIAP regulations and definitions even if the entrant is not a member of FIAP; that FIAP will use any means at its disposal for this undertaking; that any refusal to cooperate with FIAP or any refusal to submit the original files as captured by the camera, or failure to provide sufficient evidence, will be sanctioned by FIAP and that in case of sanctions following the non-compliance with FIAP regulations, the name of the entrant will be released in any form useful to inform the breaches of the rules. It is recommended to leave the EXIF data in the submitted files intact in order to ease eventual investigations.
Each Triennial Exhibition participant shall receive a copy of the catalog, while the authors of the exhibited photographs shall receive an honorary diploma as well.
The authors i.e. senders accept these Rules of the Triennial Exhibition in their entirety by entering their works.
